How to work with a video editor: Step by Step

Are you working on a short film? Do you have the material for a commercial project? Have you captured lovely wedding footage? Let’s chat about how I can help you.

Once you decide to hire me as your video editor, we sign an agreement which symbolises the official start of my work.

Most clients like to use cloud storage services like Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer. Of course you can also send me hard drives via post!

Now you can lean back and relax while I dive into the footage. Depending on your wishes, you will provide feedback and request changes or adjustments. My goal is to deliver a perfect edit to you, so I’m happy to polish until we’re there.

Once you’re happy with the final edit, I export the video file for you in the format(s) you require. Now you can send them to clients, embed them online, or add your own tweaks and adjustments.
